B2B Integration

  • Import Trimble GPS Data Used For Payroll Timecard Comparisons And Speed Limit monitoring
  • Time clock start/stop tracking that uses a report to convert data into hourly timecard detail that is imported into payroll

  • Import Fuel Usage and Meter Readings from SCI Distribution
  • Developed and implemented a data interface between Vista and Command Alkon's Apex application. KTSI created an application interface to send Customers, Material Sales Quotes, Products and tax data to Apex. The data interface is scheduled on a regular interval and can be launched manually.
  • Developed and implemented a solution to track Job Descriptions and Phases to export to a third party vendor (XBE). Created custom triggers and procedures to track new jobs and phases. Created a manual report launcher to execute the data extract. The program produces a delimited text file and a results set for third parties to import data.
  • Developed and implemented a Vista to SMSTurbo Interface.

Data Automation

  • Developed and implemented a Crystal Report to PDF Automation Process.
  • Developed and implemented a process for auto distribution of reports that are concatenated.
  • Developed and implemented an automatic report and delivery system for compliance letters.
  • Developed and implemented an automated process to track changes in the MS Ticket prices. KTSI created backend triggers and a user defined database to capture material changes for cash customers at the scale. The process logs the changes in the database with relevant information to determine the user and adjustments.
  • Developed and implemented a program for Auto Delivery and Printing of Material Sales Invoices and
    Statements.
  • Developed and implemented a program to auto calculate Oil Escalation adjustments. KTSI developed a program to automatically assign adjustments to Material Sales Tickets. The program identifies finished materials and required Material Sales Quotes, Bill of Materials, and price index information.
